What is the term of office of the Board of Directors?
The term is 3 years, renewable 2x consecutively. An individual can join again after a break.
When are board meetings held and are they virtual or in-person?
The Board currently meets three times a year - two virtual meetings and one in-person Board retreat.
The in-person retreat is generally held over a weekend - Friday evening, all day Saturday, and Sunday departure. The location and date are to be determined. Virtual meetings are often on Fridays or Saturdays, depending upon the schedules of the members, and generally 2 hours in length.
