CL Challenge 2024

Join us in our efforts to spread awareness about cutaneous lymphoma to an even wider audience.

Starting on September 15, 2024 we will launch the CL Challenge 2024.

Look below for how to participate!

#StepOutOfYourComfortSpot

We’ve broken down how to #StepOutOfYourComfortSpot in steps and examples!

1. Put on an outfit that can be either physically or visually uncomfortable for you to wear and show to others.

Examples:

  • Jack does not like how the color bright red looks on him, it makes him feel visually uncomfortable. To #StepOutOfYourComfortSpot he wears a bright red tracksuit.
  • Sam hates wearing a bow tie because it feels restrictive, it makes them feel physically uncomfortable. To #StepOutOfYourComfortSpot they wear a bow tie.
  • Taylor does not like leaving the house without wearing some concealer because they have dark under-eyes, which makes them feel visually uncomfortable. To #StepOutOfYourComfortSpot they do not apply concealer.
  • Sierra does not like wearing skirts because she feels like she cannot walk freely, which makes her physically uncomfortable. To #StepOutOfYourComfortSpot she wears a skirt.

2. Take a video or a picture of yourself in your outfit.

Just a regular photo, like a selfie!

3. Feel free to use our easy copy-paste description that is in our media kit (linked down below) or just include @CL.Foundation #CLChallenge in your post and tag 3+ people to challenge.

Example:

  • I’m stepping out of my comfort spot by: wearing a bright red tracksuit
  • I challenge: @Friend1 @Friend2 @Friend3 to participate in the Cutaneous Lymphoma Challenge 2024 - Step Out Of Your Comfort Spot!

Through this year’s CL Challenge, we are not just simply wearing an outfit that can be physically or visually uncomfortable, we are all uniting in our vulnerability and stepping out of our comfort spot together!
