About the Ed Forum
The North American Educational Forum on Lymphoma is the most comprehensive lymphoma-specific educational conference in North America! This 2 ½ day program provides people with lymphoma and their loved ones with critical information about making the best decisions on treatment options, patient support issues and the latest in lymphoma research.

Agenda and Speaking Faculty

Hotel Accomodations
The official hotel is the Hotel Nikko, which is located in San Francisco, California. Special group rates are available from Thursday, September 23, 2010 to Monday, September 27, 2010. Group rates are valid three days prior and three days post the official conference block as noted above and are offered subject to hotel availability. Registration Information and Fees
The registration fee schedule and cut-off dates for lymphoma patients, survivors and loved ones are as follows:
• Early Registration: $50 USD per person (available until August 1, 2010)
• Regular Registration: $100 USD per person (available until September 3, 2010)
• Registration Closing Date: September 3, 2010
Registration fees include access to all sessions, the official conference welcome bag and the following meals: Friday Welcome Reception and breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the conference. You can pay your registration fee by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express only) or check.
